Peptide therapy
A serious, prescriber-led conversation about peptide therapy — not the unregulated wild west you see online.
What it is
Peptides are short chains of amino acids that act as signalling molecules in the body. Specific peptides have well-established licensed medical uses — for example, GLP-1 receptor agonists (Mounjaro, Wegovy, Saxenda) for weight management; certain growth-hormone-releasing peptides used in specialist endocrinology; PT-141 for sexual health where appropriately prescribed.
Many peptides circulating in the wellness market are not licensed for human use in the UK. Some are imported as 'research chemicals,' compounded from unregulated sources, or sold on grey-market routes. We do not work that way. Where we offer peptide therapy, it is prescriber-led, the products come through GPhC-regulated UK pharmacies, and we will tell you honestly when what you are asking for is something we won't supply.
If you have read about a specific peptide and want to discuss whether there is a regulated route to using it for your goal, come in for a consultation. We will give you a clear answer.
What it treats
- Weight management (the GLP-1 family — see our Weight loss programme)
- Specific sexual-health concerns where appropriately prescribed
- Skin and wound-healing protocols where licensed product is available
- Endocrine and recovery support — under specialist prescriber care
How it works
- 1 Initial consultation with our prescriber. Detailed medical history, current medications, and the goal you have in mind.
- 2 We discuss what is genuinely available through regulated UK supply, what isn't, and what the evidence base looks like for your specific goal.
- 3 If there is an appropriate, licensed route and you are eligible, a prescription is issued and the product is dispensed by our partnered GPhC-registered pharmacy.
- 4 Monthly review appointments. We do not extend prescriptions without ongoing supervision.

Is this right for you?
A good fit if
- You have a specific, considered goal and want a clinically-supervised route
- You're prepared for prescriber-led, regulated supply only — not grey-market sourcing
- You will commit to monthly review appointments
Not the right time if
- You're looking to buy unregulated 'research chemical' peptides — we don't supply those, period
- You're pregnant, breastfeeding, or under 18
- You have a significant medical condition that has not been investigated
- You're seeking peptides as a substitute for proper diagnosis and treatment of a real symptom

FAQs
Will you prescribe me [specific peptide I read about online]?
Sometimes yes, sometimes no — depends entirely on whether the specific peptide and the intended use have a regulated UK route. Come in for a consultation; we will give you a clear, honest answer rather than a sales pitch.
Why are you stricter about this than some other clinics?
Because the unregulated peptide market in the UK is a real patient-safety concern, and clinics that supply outside regulated channels are taking risks with their clients' health and with their own registrations. We won't do it. The conversation is worth having, but only within proper bounds.
What about the GLP-1 weight-loss medications — those are peptides, aren't they?
Yes, technically. Mounjaro, Wegovy and Saxenda are GLP-1-family peptide medications. They are licensed for use in the UK and supplied through GPhC pharmacies. Those are covered properly in our Weight loss programme — not here.
How long will the consultation take and what does it cost?
The initial consultation is around 45 minutes and is complimentary. We will not pressure you to start any treatment on the day.
